Lock Picking Laws and Restrictions?
I am getting into the hobby of lock picking, but I need to know a few things.
1. Can I purchase lock picks and torque wrenches without being arrested? I am in Albuquerque NM
2. Can someone tell me where to get a diagram of how to make a paperclip into a pick

You may want to talk to a locksmith and someone from the police dept to see what the rules are where you live. It is possible that you could be arrested if the police found items used to pick locks on your person or in your vehicle, if those items require a license or certification to have or if any laws exist where you live that define those items as burglar tools.
